Demus Lab utilizes instruments which are made up of specific and various equipments, from the easier to the most complex, but all corresponding to criterions of Quality Control system.
All the maintenance works are carried out by high-qualified staff. In fact the equipments to execute the activities and the control analysis are various.
For example, Demus Lab make us of:
- gas chromatograph with mass spectrometer,equipped with autosampler;
- gas chromatograph with electron capture detector;
- High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), with UV detector and fluorometer, equipped with autosampler;
- spectrophotometer UV;
- moisture meter;
- colorimeter;
- pilot plant for decaffeination;
- pilot plant for roasting coffee samples.
